It’s team photo day with Bloordale Baseball!
As you have likely already been notified by your house league division convenor,
Saturday, June 3 has been set aside for Bloordale’s team photo day.
Future Stars will be sending three photographers to take team and individual photos on this day at Millwood Park (enter off Silverthorn Bush) and all Rookie teams will be at Broadacres Park (enter off Crendon)
(Click here for a map to MILLWOOD)
We have done our best to schedule teams as closely as possible to your game time while allowing time for travel should you be coming from or going to a different park.
A copy of the final schedule is posted below and you can DOWNLOAD A PDF VERSION HERE
Here is some information you will need to know for June :
- Every player will receive a team and individual photo as part of his/her registration. Photos will be distributed during the end-of-year banquet
- Every player will be required to fill out a form regardless if you intend to purchase any additional photo packages. You should receive a copy of the form from your coach prior to Jun 3. To help speed up the process it is best to bring the completed form with you, but extras will be on hand at the photo stations.
- Parking is always a challenge during photo day. With multiple teams at Millwood (both playing and having pictures taken), street parking is always strained. Please be patient and courteous. It may be necessary in some instances to walk a couple of blocks. Please take this into account when planning your time of arrival for your allocated time slot.
- Please plan to be at your designated photo location at least 15 minutes prior to your allocated time.
- The Photographers will do their best to keep to the schedule that has been set up. However, due to the nature of the event and the volume of people at each site, delays may occur. We ask for your patience, understanding and co-operation should events run a little late.
If you have any questions about photo day, please contact your division convenor
Have a great day!
