Sian Patterson – Bloordale Volunteer of the Year
The Bloordale Volunteer of the Year award is the oldest award we present at our Annual General Meeting, with a long list of volunteers, past and present, who have made significant contributions to our league. Sian Patterson is the latest in a long line of worthy recipients.
In a very short time, Sian established herself as a valued contributor around the table of the Bloordale executive.
For the last two seasons, Sian has embraced her role as 7U/T-Ball Convenor with whole-hearted enthusiasm.
In addition to fulfilling her convenor duties, Sian has been one of the planners for the upcoming inaugural 5U/T-Ball division.
Among the many community volunteers who help form our league, only one person is chosen annually to receive this award. Sian’s organization and energy make her a very worthwhile recipient of the 2024 Bloordale Volunteer of the Year Award.
