Way to go Bloordale Bombers!!
For the second year and the Bloordale Bomber Rookie Select team has captured the championship at the Lloyd McConnie EBA Rookieball Tournament.

All Etobicoke teams played very well and won keys games along the way. Congrats also go to Rexdale, Royal York and Martingrove for their fine play and excellent showing.

Bloordale prevailed with a record of 5-0 through the weekend. Things started off well with a last inning walk off win over North Toronto 7-6. Bloordale followed up with round robin wins over Markham and Brampton. On Sunday the Bombers beat North York in the semi final. That set up an exciting final against Leaside where Bloordale prevailed 12-5.
